A 3-tier zesty orange caked soaked in Grand Marnier with a white chocolate and crème fraishe filling ... all in the shape of a penguin sitting on an iceberg. Yum!! This cake was for my best mate's 30th and she loved it :-)
I have created this blog around my new found hobby of cakes! This started as a bright idea for some friends 30th birthdays and has quickly taken off into something more. I love baking and have now found an outlet for my creative side too.
